[UPDATE as of 25 MARCH] Next Steps to Adjusting to the National COVID-19 Restricted Movement Order Extension (18 March 2020 - 14 April 2020)

Dear Customer , Thank you for your patience. As announced by our Prime Minister, Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin on 25 March 2020, the National Restricted Movement Order period has extended until 14 April 2020. Having said that, we would like to announce the new arrangements to the existing steps we are taking to help your business adjust during this period:

1. In light of the newly implemented restrictions on business hours, please note the following updates in the *operating hours of Sportsclick (effective 24 March 2020) as shown HERE. *Do note that the operating hours are subject to changes and we shall keep you informed accordingly.

2. Ship By Date for new orders and existing unshipped orders, with Ship By Dates between 18 March 2020 to 20 April 2020, will be EXTENDED to 21 April 2020. 

3. All Sportsclick customer service channels (whatapps 0127709611 / Livechat ) will operate as usual from Monday to Friday, 9.00AM - 5.30PM, excluding Public Holiday . Saturday working hours 9.00AM - 1.00AM

4. Order will proceed as soon as possible . due to covid19 lockdown we will try our best to send out the order

5. For orders placed with office delivery addresses, couriers will not be attempting deliveries during the Restricted Movement Order period. Hence, to better manage buyer expectations and minimize the impact on the delivery services, please communicate with your buyers to always set home addresses as their recipient address.

For existing orders with office delivery addresses that are currently in delivery, you may advise your buyers to get in touch with the couriers quickly to request for re-routing. If re-routing request is not possible, buyers would be required to collect their parcels at the designated courier branch which will be updated in the parcels' delivery statuses accordingly.

If buyers are not willing to wait for the delayed shipments or call for a re-route or they don't want to collect their parcels from the designated courier branch, you may contact our customer service to help you rearrange for you.

6. If your office premises are closed during this period, you will not be able to receive buyer's return parcels for QC. Hence, a reminder to please select your home/current address as the return address when buyers raise a return/refund request.

ARE YOUR TRANSACTIONS ALL DENOMINATED IN MALAYSIAN RINGGIT (MYR)?

Yes. All prices and transactions are only in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

HOW DO I MAKE PAYMENT FOR MY PURCHASES?

You will need to be logged in to your SportsClick account. Payment can be made online using MEPS FPX, PayPal and Cash-On-Delivery (COD)

HOW DO I KNOW IF THE PURCHASE WAS SUCCESSFULLY TRANSACTED?

If a purchase has been successfully transacted, an order confirmation screen will appear displaying your order reference number. You will receive a confirmation email that contains the details of your purchase and an order reference number. If for any reason the transaction was unsuccessful, kindly place the order again. In case of any doubt, feel to contact our customer service personnel at webmaster@sportsclick.my and we will be happy to verify your transaction for you.

IS MY PURCHASE TRANSACTION SECURE?

It is our commitment that consumers can shop online securely. We utilise a secure payment gateway via iPay88 as our payment gateway using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology with high security 128-bit encryption. At no time is your credit card information compromised nor is it stored on our servers.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

You cannot modify or cancel an order after your payment has been made. However, if you have any problems with your purchase, contact us at webmaster@sportsclick.my and we will try our best to assist you.

 

DELIVERY

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER TO?

All products are deliverable to Malaysia and selected internationally

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I MAKE MY PURCHASE? WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Typically, we aim to send out all items on the next working day via express courier. However, as a SAFE estimate, you can expect your items to be shipped out within 7 working days (Monday-Friday) of your purchase. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.

DO I NEED TO BE PRESENT AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY?

We use an express courier service to deliver all orders. A person will be required to sign and accept delivery of the purchased product(s). This is to verify that the goods were delivered and received correctly.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PARCEL. WHO CAN I CONTACT?

HOW MUCH ARE THE DELIVERY CHARGES?

Delivery (nationwide) charges is RM 10. For international purchase, a flat fee of RM150 will be imposed for delivery. Additional charges could be added if needed.

Sales item are not refundable .

For special campaign example like 15 days Return Lining Product can refund in 15 days if you not satisfy on our product. But we will suggest you to get back ur money in Store Credit Way . It is more convenient for you to buy anything in sportsclick without wait and no need to wait for the process of refund. As we mentioned above, refund back to your bank account will take 2weeks to 4weeks because mobile88 platform takes a long time to send us the list.
