How long will my order take to arrive?
As we dispatch items from Malaysia, dispatch times may vary for each item even if they are ordered at the same time.
Once your order has been dispatched, we offer the following times for delivery in business days.
Ship within Malaysia: 2-7 business days
Ships outside Malaysia: 7-14 business days
Customers in East Malaysia: Please allow an extra 2-3 working days to receive your orders.
Once your order has been confirmed we are unable to change your delivery address due to security reasons. We advise that you make sure all details are correct before processing your order.
Can I pay extra for express delivery? Unfortunately, we only provide Standard delivery for all orders which usually takes within 5-7 working days of your order being despatched.

WHAT IS THE RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?
Your total satisfaction is our primary concern. We carry only the best quality and value products. If your order is damaged or for some reason you are not entirely happy with the product, then we are not happy either. For incorrect or defective items, we have a 7 day return policy upon receipt of order by the customer, subject to the following terms and conditions:
- Item must be in their original purchase condition. All packaging must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
- This return policy does not apply to items which have been stated as Non-exchangeable and Non- refundable on the website.
All returns will be reviewed first by SportsClick and we reserve the right to perform remedies including:
- Replacing the product with a new item of the same original order
- Full refund either in cash or SportsClick points
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
For all return requests, please email us at email@example.com , including your contact details, Order ID and the reason for return. We will inform you once your request has been received and proceed with the refund as appropriate.
- Sportsclick will not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit
- All postage cost will be borne by the customer or you may bring your purchase together with the Receipt to exchange at our HQ.
- Exchange of size for the same product (same sku) is allowed but subject to stock availability strictly no return or refund upon purchase.
WHERE WILL I FIND MY ORDER ID OR ORDER REFERENCE NUMBER?
Once you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation email from us which will have your order reference number on it. Please keep this in case you need to get in contact with us. Alternatively, you can refer to your Order History upon signing into your SportsClick Account.
